Insurance: I am an-out-of network provider and do not accept insurance of any kind. Receipts are provided for all services and you can submit these to your insurance provider for out-of-network coverage or FSA/HSA reimbursement. I do not accept calls from insurance companies.

Payments: Balance is due upon completion of each meeting and is payable with credit card, cash, check, PayPal, or Chase QuickPay.

Missed sessions that are not cancelled in advance are billable.
