Beginning psychotherapy can be a challenging yet enriching endeavor. My approach is grounded in the perspective that greater self awareness and insight, when reached through a collaborative process, gradually leads to behavioral change allowing individuals to experience relief from stress and greater satisfaction in their lives and relationships. As this process unfolds, individuals draw greater meaning in life while developing the tools to continue in the pursuit of self discovery and change after psychotherapy has ended.
